Our grand opening planned for April 6, 2023
Auberge TOKITO is set to open on Thursday, April 6, 2023 in the Tachikawa area of Tokyo.
An auberge is a gourmet restaurant complemented by a lodging facility. Auberge TOKITO strives to become a new dining destination in Tachikawa as a Japanese-style auberge operated by a team of Michelin-starred chefs who have built their careers in Japan and overseas.
“meguru megumi” refers to the cycle of bounteous food, which creates and spreads a cycle of happiness to enrich the people, community, and Japanese food culture. Along with that concept, we also strive to become an auberge that fulfills every toki, or moment, of your stay with happiness. With that passion, we continue preparations for our grand opening.
