In 2021, a new chapter began as this historic site was entrusted to a project that would transform it into an auberge, offering an entirely new culinary experience.
This documentary captures the 540-day journey of the chefs of TOKITO—their passion, dedication, and relentless pursuit of innovation as they brought this vision to life.
